Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Accessories is a 0,5 billion SEK business for Scania every year. We offer a vast amount of accessories in our portfolio and we want to increase even more!
The group RCRC have the R&D responsibility for the complete accessory business. Beyond that we are also responsible for Cab FQ and DOL-projects.
The common nominator within the RCRC is that we lead smaller projects with time to market in focus.
As an assignment leader within the accessories team you will get a broad knowledge of all cab components and design areas. You will work in a flexible environment where you will have the possibility to create a big cross functional network and be a part of introducing many exciting products.
This creates a golden opportunity to improve you leadership qualities. You will need to balance between several projects and introductions with various complexity. Working close with our colleagues at sales & market, purchasing, reporting status and deviations to the cross-functional steering group for accessories.
Your working tasks
Lead a cross-functional team, coordinate activities and delivery’s to make sure introduction is according to agreed timeplan.
Report status and escalate deviations to the steering group
Your profile
• You have a technical university degree and a couple of years of working experience.
• You have a driven personality with leadership skills and strives to develop them to a higher level.
• You work in structured manner, continuously planning and prioritizing tasks and are quick to adapt to changed circumstances within the projects.
• You value an open work environment where ideas are welcome and discussed, and you are also a good listener.
• You communicate well in English.
