Who we are:
The group, KNAPD, consists of 4 assignments managers and 12 designers. Our main task is to solve quality and production deviations, implement product improvements and run cost optimization assignments. We work in cross-functional teams from start to finish. We work in a global setup together with our colleagues in Brazil and Poland with focus on Scania’s core values. We are a strong team that solves complexed assignments while having fun at work and with each other.

Your responsibility:


• Set up and lead cross-functional project team
• Develop, coordinate, document and follow up progress, time plan, activities and deliveries.
• Motivate and coach project team members
• Be part of the teams improvement work to maintain the good environment we have had for years.

This role will develop your leadership skills and give a broad competence and network as well as good understanding of the operation of buses.



Your profile:
You have at least a BSc/MSc degree or similar preferably with experience from project management or development work.

As a person you are driven and structured, like to lead others and take initiative. You enjoy engaging other people to work towards set goals and have a good ability to build relationships. Furthermore, you are flexible, prestige less and attracted by the dynamic and changing environment in this role. As we work more and more with our electrified products knowledge in electrics HW/SW is meriting. Good knowledge in English is a demand.
