Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Assignment Manager responsible for leading the feasibility study together with the team you work with.

What you'll do:
● Coordinate and lead work meetings and workshops, report and communicate progress and the need for support to steering groups and management groups.
● Support ongoing learning and development of team members, monitor spending patterns and budget.
● Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, liaise between managers, customers and employees.
● Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement, schedule and coordinate meetings.
● Handle uncertainties in the assignment through measures like active risk management.
● Familiarize with the assignment’s background and proposed arena and informs all team members accordingly.
● Ability to evaluate and the inspect performance of the team(s) and individuals quarterly with transparency using proven key performance indicators.
Who you are:
● Possess 4 years of experience in project management of IT projects in a project or management organization with responsibility for monitoring time, cost and results.
● Competence level 3 (4-8 years of experience) and possess good oral and written proficiency in Swedish.
● The consultant must have worked as a Project / Assignment Manager IT or in an IT-close leadership role.
