About this opportunity
BNEW Produce Line Radio is looking for a strong assistant to Head of Product Line Radio who will provide a high degree of administrative support and service. You will do this by using your passion for support and advice to help ensure productivity and efficiency. You will direct report to the Head of Produce Line Radio with location in Sweden, Stockholm. Collaboration with other assistants will be an important part of the role.
What you will do
* Plan upcoming agenda, handle daily agenda, and organize internal and external meetings and workshops
* Manage travel arrangements including expense reports for BNEW Produce Line Radio and related Product Line organizations
* Proactively monitor incoming issues on Produce Line Radio Head’s behalf and act where appropriate
* Manage information to/from BNEW Product Line Radio and on some occasions support in creating business information, to direct reports and other key stakeholders
* Act as an expert for the respective administrative IT systems as well as authorize e.g., orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines & handle/approve purchase orders/concur.
* Lead administrative tasks for the unit in close collaboration with the other unit assistant
* May in some cases take decisions on behalf of their manager and represent the unit if delegated
You will bring

* Excellent collaboration skills and ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
* Very strong personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Excellent communication skills – in writing and verbally
* Solution oriented personality with a strong focus on supporting others and problem solving
* Proficiency in planning and organizing
* Ability to act as business partner, able in analytical and critical thinking, priorities setting, execution and follow-up decisions.
* Confident in relationship, socializing and networking, customer relationship management, and showing emotional intelligence
* Ability in negotiating, persuading, and influencing
* Resilient towards change. Positive to and able to lead change
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of Ericsson organization and processes
* Strong interest and ability to interact with customers and other relevant external stakeholders
* Compliancy with instructions and procedures, working with people face-to-face and remotely
* Ability to simplify and improve daily routine
Requirements
* Extensive experience as an assistant to senior managers; Several years of experience working in a large, global corporate environment
* Good knowledge about the IT administrative systems, Microsoft Office Suite and ERP tools
