About this opportunity
Networks and Managed Services Delivery is responsible for the Delivery of Network Products and Solutions, Network Roll-Out, Support and Repair, Network Optimization and Managed Services, within the Northern and Central Europe geography. The unit is responsible for optimizing performance, quality and cost of the delivery by defining and implementing the most suitable Market Area Delivery Strategy. The Unit is organized in 2 COM´s and 5 NMSD Heads mirroring the KAM´s structure, 3 domain units CS, Built and Optimize and Operate, PMO and supported by HR, Finance and 1 Business Operations office.

As assistant to the department you will support the team in all administrative tasks to secure a fluent functioning of the unit.


What you will do
Provide a very high degree of administrative support and service to the Unit.
Proactively plan and support the Head of NMSD and the CU NCE Executive assistant.
Lead the administration area in the unit and drive efficiency and effectiveness in administrative solutions.
Act as an expert in administrative tasks like calendar handling, travel arrangements, administrative IT systems including SuccessFactors as well orders and invoices in line with authorization policies and routines.
Participate in and support Leadership Team meetings.
Plan and organize internal and external events like meetings and workshops.
Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization.



You will bring
A deep experience as assistant or equivalent experience.
An ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and diplomacy in all aspects of the job, displaying courtesy and integrity in all contacts and managing difficult or sensitive situations effectively.
Experience of working in a dynamic global environment.
An ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
A proven excellent in planning and organizing skills.
A strong ability to collaborate and interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft tools.
