We are world leaders in eye tracking, our products are innovative and most of our products are the first of their kind. We have a commitment to innovation and we’re just getting started! We are now looking to extend our team with an Assistant Account Manager at our Reading office in the UK, to grow our business in the UK & Ireland region. Your primary focus will be to amaze both new and existing customers with the unique value of our eye-tracking solutions.
The role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of our world-leading eye-tracking technology solutions and services to commercial companies, FMCGs, big brands, marketing companies, agencies, and more. In doing this, you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers while also generating a strong, future pipeline of new opportunities.
Your days will be filled with
In close collaboration with the Account Manager, take the full sales responsibility for the region
Customer interactions, visits, and demonstrations according to traveling guidelines
Develop plans, deliver, and track progress to meet agreed goals
Act as the customer's voice within Tobii and ensure great customer satisfaction
Maintaining excellent relationships externally and internally

You will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from first contact and demonstrating our range of products to establishing long-term, strategic client relationships that can evolve over time. You will also represent Tobii at trade shows and conferences to present and explain our range of innovative products and services to potential customers.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
Have a degree in business studies, economics, or similar. However, we equally value real-world experience over qualifications - so let us know what you have been up to!
Have experience in account management or sales. Experience in market or user research is a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce is a bonus
Love creating value and doing business.
Great presentation skills and an inquisitive approach.
Excellent verbal and written English is a must. Additional languages are a plus (we love diversity!)

A general interest in technology is advantageous and any other experience of running or selling, state of the art research projects, or using eye-tracking hardware and software, might just have us also jumping up and down with excitement!
