As an Assistant Brand Manager you will be responsible for a specific part of Arla’s branded business in Sweden. Together with your colleagues in the marketing team you will own and develop that brand position, to deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
Lead and implement marketing plans for a specific brand position in Sweden
Support the strategic direction based on consumer & category insights and develop plans to grow brand penetration.
Drive profitability and net revenue growth of the portfolio.
Support NPD & other brand related projects.
Work on yearly communication plan & content, from insights to execution, ensuring both long- & short-term business growth behind right balanced emotional/tactical communication plan.
Work with yearly media plan development & budget, including to secure efficient use of budget to deliver strong ROI across touchpoints.
Collaborate with agencies to execute strategy and plans.
Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods – e.g. work close with the sales & customer marketing function to identify the category growth potentials and with e.g. NPD and Supply chain to bring solutions to unlock that potential.
Drive scale across EU category markets with NPD, positioning and communication.
Who are you?
A strong academic track record with a completed university degree, likely in marketing
Relevant work experience is a plus. We have the possibility to tailor the role and will adjust it to the right candidate, therefore we will consider candidates both with and without previous work experience within brand management
As a person, you have strong personal leadership skills and a growth mindset – willing to develop and challenge the status quo.
Your collaboration skills are strong and you have excellent influencing skills.
Diligent project management will be crucial to effectively drive the brand positions forward.
The corporate language is English, strong Swedish skills is a plus.
