Kalmar: Making your next move count
We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join Kalmar Mobile Solutions Service Division (KAMOS) reporting team. The purpose of this position is to provide financial services for KAMOS by looking at the overall financial picture of our business and developing our financial processes and projects and to participate in the execution and development of internal and external financial reporting. This position is located in Ljungby, Sweden and you will report to Business Controller, Services located in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Support Service Finance team at monthly closing activities
Work as a business partner analyzing and monitoring actuals, preparing financial plans and estimates of future business plans and forecasts for the central functions and market areas
Initiating, supporting and driving development and continuous improvement of systems, processes and internal controls
Provide data driven analyses.



What you’ll need to succeed:
Education
University degree in business & economics or other relevant field



Experience
1 year of relevant financial or management accounting experience
Experience in solving complex problems and is able to support others and develop processes and ways of working


Competences
Good skills in Excel. Experience and skills in Google tools (Sheets and Slides) are a merit
Knowledge in SAP and Qlikview & Qliksense (preferably also with Hyperion)
Strong analytical skills
Communication skills and and networking capabilities
Customer service attitude
Good spoken and written English
Programming is a merit.
