About this opportunity

Welcome to the Equity Execution team. We add value to Nordea and our customers by offering Electronic Access, Equities Execution and Execution Support while collaborating with stakeholders in Nordea. As an Assistant dealer, you’ll play a crucial part of the Equities Franchise and further strenghten the team by showing great passion and eagerness to learn.

What you’ll be doing:
-   Monitoring flow, algorithms, performance vs benchmarks and Best Execution
-   Performing quantitative research on Execution performance
-   Creating marketing material for Execution product
-   Evalutaing Transaction Cost Analysis to enhance execution offering
-   Communicating with back office, Sales and other stakeholders
-   Helping in understand and implement new regulations
-   Various efficiency projects

You’ll join a team that’s focus is on delivering an outstanding client expericene in a dynamic and fun environment.  You will work with highly qualified and dedicated colleagues, one of whom will be assigned as your mentor.
The role is based in Stockholm at our newly renovated trading floor.

Your experience and background:  
-   Bachelor or Master’s degree
-   Experience within electronic execution and market micro structure is an advantage
-   Mathematical understanding and interest/knowledge in programming (Python and Mathlab)
-   Financial Markets linked regulatory interest and/or knowledge
-   Preferably no more than two years' post-academic work experience
