Assistant financial controller

What is the work as an Assistant financial controller about?

Your first assignment as a consultant with us will be performed at an exciting customer in Malmö where you will work with invoicing and accounts payable. More specifically, you will handle the whole AP process for the client's market in Denmark. This includes being responsible for the vendor payments and to ensure that the process from invoice posting to actual payment works smoothly. A big part of the role is to be the first point of contact for their Service Center that post the invoices but also for business when it comes to review/approval of invoices.

* Support the service center and handle AP requests
* Mass upload of AP invoices
* Manual payments such as taxes, proforma invoices
* Intercompany reconciliation
* Payment proposals

The employment begins with an introductory training where you get to learn what you need to know to get started with the job in the best way.
