ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Main Job Specification:
A Hard Rock Cafe manager is responsible for every aspect of the business. Our multi-faceted leaders must be able to operate within non-negotiable company vales and drive the business in the following areas:
- P&L Accountability
- Facility Management
- Local Store Marketing
- Retail & Merchandising
- Unparalleled Guest Service
- Community Service & Public Relations
- Inventory Control (Product & Food Cost)

Minimum Requirements:
- College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory and hospitality industry experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a leader in a high volume restaurant & entertainment venue.
- Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
