Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Our assistant is moving to a new position within Scania and we are looking for the person to take on this challenge. You will be part of a global internal audit team and report directly to the CAE, Chief Audit Executive. You will work in an interesting international environment that will give you a global view of Scania’s worldwide operation.
Group Internal Audit reports directly to the Group CEO with a reporting line to the Audit Committee of the Scania Board. Internal audit is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve Scania’s operation. It aims to support the organisation to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the processes for risk management, internal control, and governance.
Your tasks
You will support the CAE and five Internal Audit departments, one in Brazil. The tasks involve normal support related to organizing meetings, international traveling, conferences, and training sessions as well as follow-up and planning. You will also take part of the internal audit process and be responsible for certain steps and playing a vital part for our deliveries. Our processes are digitalized and all processing is done electronically.
Group Internal Audit is part of a larger network within the TRATON group, which involves the coordination of activities between the different group companies. You will handle a large amount of incoming and outgoing communications and have a worldwide network of colleagues.
Your profile
You probably have a university or similar degree, or equivalent experience background. You have good social skills, a proactive way of working and can handle multiple tasks doing the proper prioritizing and communicate effectively. You need to be organised and well-structured and able to handle highs and lows in the work load. Previous experience in a assistant or administrator position is a prerequisite. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must, and skills in other languages is an advantage.
