Assistant lawyer

Eris Law is looking for an assistant lawyer to our Stockholm Office. We initially expect part-time engagement which can be extended afterwards.
We are looking for someone who is on board with us for combining law with finance and technology. It will be an added advantage if you have experience to work in a diverse atmosphere and curious about recent technological development.
As an assistant lawyer, we expect you to be a proactive team player. We appreciate structured and communicative people with attention to detail in our team. We are expecting you to start as soon as possible.

Our major assignments include among other things project management of business transactions and contractual negotiation of outsourcing business, private equity, M&A and company reconstruction as well as implementing regulatory projects such as GDPR and AML. We have long term client relationships, and we act proactive to secure our clients’ needs with simple, pragmatic and cost-effective solutions. If necessary, we handle potential disputes and litigate in court if necessary.
