About the role as a Assistant Logistics manager / Purchaser :
We are looking for an Assistant Logistics manager / Purchaser that likes to work both operationally and strategically.
As an Assistant Logistics manager / Purchaser you will be responsible for the whole purchasing process of Poster Stores posters and material.
You will be responsible for order placement, follow ups and having daily contact with our suppliers.
You will be working actively with the logistic department and follow the entire product flow from the supplier until the product is in place in our warehouse.
In a close collaboration between you and the Logistics Manager you drive the work forward in order to achieve set goals.
We are looking for you that is accurate, structured and comfortable with taking on great responsibility. You also handle stress very well and have great communication skills. You also have good negotiation skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
You have an ability to see the bigger picture and a proactive mindset which helps you to find solutions and make the daily operations more efficient.
Furthermore you are unpretentious and easy to work with, but at the same time fine with working independently.
You find furnishing and sustainability as interesting subjects.

Purchasing

Experience :
At least 2 years experience as a purchasing assistant or similar role
Knowledge within the supply chain flow is very meritorious
Competence :
Very good knowledge in English in speech and writing.
