ASSISTANT MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORT
MAERSK LINE, GOTHENBURG

Customer Service handles shipment-bookings virtually from A to Z, ensuring timely execution and tasks also includes arranging transport-documents and issue invoices.
The department further more assists with issue-resolution and freight collections.
Co-operation with other departments and keeping high quality of the tasks performed is vital for Customer Service.

Assistant Manager, Import

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
" Long working experience with customer relationships in the shipping industry
" Management-experience from customer service departments or similar in same or other industries
" Experience from import/export logistics
" Good IT skills
" Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
" Excellent communication-skills
" Experience in leadership and HR-management
A degree in Transport and/or Logistics is an advantage.

You will be working at our office in Gothenburg as Assistant Manager for a Client section with responsibility of a team with approximately 5 very ambitious and qualified staff.You will report to the Customer Service Import Manager.
