Assistant Media Manager

MultiMind Bemanning recruits an Assistant Media Manager for a successful[American[international company. As Assistant Media Manager you will be part of[the company's[Nordic organisation located in Stockholm. You will be involved in developing[market processes[and apply local media insights to local media plans. Your responsibilities will be to assess and understand the local consumer landscape, gain deep understanding of the brand's objectives and target groups. From the information you gain you[will develop local test plans, conduct local brand counselling and also participate in loss analysis. You will[provide[agency evaluations, lead agencies[on inventory optimization/scheduling and budget allocation, furthermore you will evaluate new project proposals and track and monitor action plans. We believe that you have a master degree in finance or marketing and that you have work experience from purchasing or media. You like to work towards set up targets and you have excellent analytical skills and a talent of building good relationships. You are a great team player, ambitious and take responsibility for your assignments. It is of greatest importance that you have the ability to work independently and make your own decisions since your manager will be located in the UK. You own the capacity to lead others and to[be in charge of projects and processes. Your communicative skills in English are excellent, and you have a good understanding in the nordic languages.
