Assistant Producer - Creative Play

As an Assistant Producer at Embark you will collaborate with the team to determine what needs to get done - and help it get done.

You’ll spend time amplifying communication, task clarity and keeping up with progress. You will be connected to the testing, feedback and learnings across the team.

To enjoy this position you'd want to work and learn together with different constellations of inventors and game-makers. You have a some understanding of code and some experience with design (game-wise and general presentation). You are excited to help more people become creators and enable new ways of doing so!

In this role you are encouraged to bring your own ideas and thoughts and find better solutions to the problems we're trying to solve.

Example of responsibilities

- Partake in cross team working groups related to your domain to ensure we follow best practices throughout Embark.
- Use your direct code and creative skills - doing some design, producing videos and demos and code!
- Be part of production and planning process, you are collaborative regarding priorities
- Drive feedback and retros from live events, make sure we act on right feedback
- Be involved in competitive analysis and product communication


We would love if you have

- A creative and curious mind!
- Experience as a Assistant Producer
- Experience of producing video and demos
- Experience of coding and best practises within code
- Experience from hosting live events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Worked with open source code and/or mod communities
- Worked with Roblox, Dreams, Super Mario Maker or other “creation” games
