We are now recruiting for a QA Management Assistant to join the Quality Assurance department at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
In this role you will act as the Personal Assistant to the Global QA Director and provide support to the Leadership Team (LT).
Your Key Accountabilities:
Provide administrative support and service to Global QA Director in order to facilitate and render more effective both the daily work and the long-term business operation.
Secure professional arrangement of conferences, external meetings and business meetings.
Arrange and plan business trips for the Global QA Director, ensuring good travel planning and cost efficiency.
Prepare agenda for QALT meetings. Ensure professional minutes from QALT meetings in order to ensure that quick actions are taken on each issue / topic.
Ensure the QALT Teams/ SharePoint site is updated on a regular basis so that the QALT can obtain information from meetings.
Organize QA townhall meetings.
Support the QA Director and the LT with “finalizing” presentations, ie proof reading, look & feel, coordinating input etc.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MicroSoft 365
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint presentations
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Min 3 year experience in similar role within multinational organization:
ideally based at a HQ
experience supporting Director level
ideally with a background from a regulated industry
Minimum 2 years of post-high school education
Additional qualifications as a personal assistant would be considered an advantage (i.e. communication skills, additional education, languages, financial experience, event management etc)
