Assistant Store Manager

For one of our stores in Stockholm city, we’re now looking for an Assistant Store Manager.
In this role, your focus will be operating the store as a profit-bearing unit, maintaining a credible brand, and communicating our brand story to our end consumers and local Corporate Business. Yay!
In addition, you will, of course, make sure campaigns, guidelines, events, stock levels, and store operations are executed according to plan. We have set strategies and frameworks for all Happy Socks stores globally. You’ll report to the City Store Manager.
Main responsibilities & tasks:
Responsible for execution of the store P and L, and for driving business to reach revenue and profitability targets for the store
Developing store strategies to increase the number of loyal customers, expand store traffic, and find ways to optimize profitability
Assist the City Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees
Help to plan and execute successful customer in-store events
Provide a safe, clean, and fun store environment for customers and staff
Analyze store operations and voice input to the City Store Manager; identify problems and craft solutions
Create sales recap reports regularly; identifying team “wins” and “challenges”, constantly looking for ways to improve
Create reports post-campaign to analyze and demonstrate key learnings and identify key areas of opportunity and growth
Assisting with reviewing and monitoring all aspects of stock management; receiving shipments, controlling inventory levels, and conducting store cycle counts (2x per year)
Act as a brand ambassador, play an active role in the community, and seek outreach/networking opportunities

Your profile:
3+ years retail experience
1+ years in a Store Manager/leadership position
Ability to motivate sales teams
English, any additional languages a plus
Positive mindset and solution-oriented
