Assistant Store Manager (Gothenburg)

Picturing a car showroom? Think again. Lynk & Co is not another car brand, it’s a different one. We show this by not opening just another store, but a different one. One that does not resemble a car showroom, nor any other car brand store in the world.

Our stores will be the centre for our community and alongside our product offer it will be a place where people can meet, grab a cup of coffee and be inspired. For our store in Gothenburg, we’re looking for a super motivated Store Assistant Manager to be joining the crew.

Keeping a store thriving requires a diverse set of leadership skills, and as Store Assistant Manager, you’re a master of them all. You co-lead and inspire a high-performing team, create best-in-class store experiences for our customers and most importantly, you share the Lynk & Co vision with customers and lead employees with the same vision, you are a true Lynk & Co ambassador.

The position is available from October 2020. The working hours can be anything between 24 and 40 hours per week, we are open to discuss what fits you.

As Assistant Store Manager you will…

- Be co-responsible for the day-to-day management of the store
- Act as Store Manager when required, reporting to HQ on targets, KPI’s, sales analysis
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding Sales and KPI targets
- Make sure we have a consistent top-of-the-class and on-brand customer experience
- Overseeing the in-store return and shipping process
- Oversee in-store events, ensuring that the experiences for our customers are executed professionally
- Creating team schedules, oversee product selection in store and keep track of inventory
