Exceptional customer service, operational excellence and a strong community spirit within our studio is pivotal to ensuring we build loyal customers for life and grow a successful business. It’s your job, as studio leader, to make sure this happens by managing the studio and leading the team so that everyone is working efficiently, effectively and energetically.
It is your responsibility to proactively address any conversation to accelerate individual or team performance in the day through coaching, feedback and follow through. You have an eye for detail and direct the team to uphold all operational standards of cleanliness and order. You ensure any problems – whether that be customer service or operations – are resolved swiftly and with care.
As a member of the management team, you feed forward or down any communication that is essential to improving studio operations or team morale. Under your leadership, you are passionate about upholding all standards and deliver results as per company demands to elevate people’s lives and experience. You remain invested in your own personal development and are open to giving and receiving feedback to fuel yours, the teams and business’s achievement.
Key Qualification
– 3+ year of proven ability leading people and has delivered results
– Has proven experience managing operations
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to multi-task within a fast pace setting
