You work as a part of the Volvo Technical Support Team where you give technical support and solve technical problems for internal and external customers from Volvo truck, bus and Penta.
Your main activity is to assist dealers in your language area with parts queries, service, electronic and diagnostics.
The issues encountered will ask an analytic and problem solving mind.
You're in contact with designers and product engineers.
You handle the information from the market in such a manner that repeated questions from customers can be avoided.

You have a technical background or equal by experience.
You have the ability to write and understand technical documents.
You have good collaboration, communication and facilitation skills.
Efficient knowledge of basic computer applications.
You are fluent in English in combination Swedish - knowledge of Dutch is not imperatif.
You are willing to work in a shift system
You have a natural feeling for continuous learning and personal involvement.

Our client, the Technical Support team within a multinational, is an international contact support center that delivers aftermarket solutions for trucks, busses and Penta, for mainly Europe. They are based in Oostakker (near Gent- Belgium).

You are willing to work in shifts, from 6 - 14 hrs, 8 - 16 hrs, 11 - 19 hrs, 14 - 22 hrs
