Job description
Do you describe yourself as detail oriented, flexible and a team player? Do you have previous experience of working as an assistant and want to be a part of a big global company? We are now looking for an assistant located in central Stockholm. 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a dynamic team with a fantastic teamwork. You will assist the whole team and working together with two other assistants. 

In the Stockholm office, there is a team with different nationalities and they are planning to expand. Responsibilities
In the role as an assistant, you will have various tasks. You will assist and support the whole team. 

Example of responsibilities include: 
Support of complex calendar and scheduling to support team
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Manage and coordinate fun virtual and/or physical events
Send out gifts to the team and be responsible for associated administrative tasks
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Have fun at work and help others do the same
working hours.

Start: Preferably in the beginning of May 2022

Full time, Monday – Friday mainly at the office. It is possible to be working remote a few days a week.

Qualifications
To be qualified for the role as Office Coordinator you need: 
1+ years of experience as an assistant,  office assistant, coordinator or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint

It’s preferred that you have: 
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 
Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and priorities task 

This role requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. Further, you possess the ability to complete tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. Finally you must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
