Your role as Assistant:
In the role as an Assistant you will support a handful of leaders in the EQT Tech team. The team and the leaders are mostly located in Stockholm, where you also will be located. You will play an important role in coordinating the fast paced day-to-day business for the team, aswell as being the responsible for or/either involved in various tech-related projects and events.
The role includes:
Calendar management (responsibility for calendars including coordination of internal and external calls/meetings)Travel arrangements (including flights, accommodation, visas and transportation across time zones)Handling of receipts, invoices and agreementsCoordinate different tech-projects and eventsDevelop and excecute the onboarding processPreparation of meeting materials and presentations
Your qualifications:
3+ years’ experience of working in a similar positionExperience of working in an international environment and/or experience from the financial services industry or other comparable, is considered a meritExperienced user of Microsoft Office, (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google WorkspaceExperience of coordinating different projectsInterested in techFluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing
