On this journey, a modern system platform including common ways of working are key- prerequisites to succeed This is what the Industrial ERP Backbone program (IEB) is all about – Enabling the future (at Scania).
Within IEB we are looking for a service minded, well organized Program assistant with delivery focus and ability to create an inclusive and fun working environment to support us on this journey going forward.
The IEB central program organization is the central program management functions for the program including Change & Vendor management as well at the Program Office. As the assistant for this group you will support the program management as well as the surrounding workstreams with selected areas.
The type of activities that you will drive and contribute in are exemplified by;
• Monitor and maintenance of the program Teams structure and documentations
• Support the develop and deliver on internal program communication plan, exemplified by updating program information sites
• Support with preparing meetings and presentations and document decisions
• Orchestrate program events including travel management
• Access and authority management for program members, on- and offboarding
• Facility management and calendar management
Your profile
You have Senior high school education within for example finance or administration management. A background from administration, sales support or coordinator roles or similar.
You are positive and flexible and willing to adjust to new ideas. You pay attention to other people and contribute to a positive working environment. Timelines and routines are kept and your are engaged in our targets and the people in our program organisation. Good relationships are established with people on all levels and you make sure you continuously strengthen these relations. You write and speak correct in a clear, easy and well-structured manner

Your background may vary, but most importantly you have a great passion for administration – where the people are at the centre. The position is physically located at Scania’s HQ in Södertälje, Sweden, and with opportunity to work from other locations from time to time.
