Assistant to Sales Channel Manager
Retail Services AB, Helsingborg
ASSISTANT
The Assistant position is a role on project basis for 12 to maximum 18 months. To succeed in this role you need to have several years of IKEA experience.
As Management Assistant you will support the Sales Channel Manager and Deputy Global Retail Manager at Retail Services in Helsingborg / Sweden. Your tasks will be very hands on and operational but also complex, challenging and in need of development. The supportive role consist of tasks such as composing and researching correspondence, high quality presentation preparation, drafting meeting notes, travel and meeting arrangements, calendar management and information compilation and distribution but also act as ?right hand?.

Conditions for employment
The assignment is scheduled to last for 12 to 18 months and it will take 100% of your time. You will be a part of Sales Channel IKEA Retail Services AB.
