Assistant to the Head of Communication

Assistant to the Head of Communication Vattenfall Nordic Communication (VN-K) has the functional responsibility for internal and external communication in Business Group Nordic.The responsibilities covers Media Relations, Public Affairs, Marketing Communication, Sponsoring, Internal Communication and Research.We are about 25 persons in Denmark, Finland and Sweden and we work closely with the internal service provider, ComServices, in operational issues We are now looking for a new executive assistant who will mainly support the Head of Communication and secondly the rest of the management team in Vattenfall Nordic Communication. Responsibilities As the assistant you will support the Head of Communication with administrative tasks such as preparation of material and presentations, agenda planning and coordinating practical arrangements.You support the management team of Vattenfall Nordic Communication and act as a secretary for example for the management team.The job also includes own areas of responsibilities.Qualifications . You have an academic education or a few years of job experience working as an assistant for an executive.. Fluent skills in spoken/written English and Swedish.Knowledge in Finnish or Danish is a merit.
