Vattenfall Nordic Distribution is responsible for distribution of electricity to 1,3 million private and corporate customers in Sweden and in Finland.We are approximately 1300 employees in the business unit and we have just begun an exciting journey to unite the best of the two countries in order to become an customer-oriented netservice provider.The main office is located in Stockholm, Råcksta with local offices in Trollhättan, Linköping, Sollentuna and Luleå.The local offices in Finland are located in Tampere, Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä and Oulainen.Assistant to the Managing Director We offer a stimulating and challenging position as the assistant to the Managing Director Business Unit Distribution, which consists of units in Sweden and Finland.At the moment we are working rapidly towards becoming a customer-oriented netservice provider. You will be located in Stockholm, Råcksta.Job description Your main task will be supporting our Managing Director Lauri Virkkunen in his work leading the Business Unit Nordic Distribution.You will also attend and assist the management team.You will be an important part in creating one Vattenfall Distribution and also support the communication for the Swedish and Finnish operations.Managing projects will also be a part of your job depending on your experience. Qualifications You have a relevant education for the task and work experience within the area.Experience from working with management level will be valued as well as your personal characteristics.To handle this task you must have power of initiative and ability to work independently under own responsibility.Flexibility and integrity are important characteristics for this task as well.You must be interested in working with people and create relations both within Distribution and other units at Vattenfall.We assume that you are an open and easygoing person who enjoys working with others.You are reliable, accurate and it is natural for you to work on the basis of an overall picture. You are used to express yourself in both Swedish and English, written as well as spoken.It is a great advantage if you also manage the Finnish language.
