Qualified Assistant to the Managing Director of Vattenfall Distribution You will be offered an independent and challenging position in a dynamic and international environment.The major tasks will consist of assisting the senior management with tasks such as planning and co-ordinating meetings, preparing material and presentations, travel arrangements and conferences, as well as administrative tasks and special assignments. Your qualifications You have relevant education for the task and a minimum of three years experience from qualified assistant work with senior management. Your working style should be characterised by a proactive approach and professional manners in a structured way.Personal traits we look for are drive, flexibility, a high level of interpersonal competence and well-developed communication skills.You are performance oriented, responsible and you are used to working independently in a fast-paced environment. As you will be operating in an international environment, you must have a very good command of both Swedish and English.It is an advantage if you speak Finnish.
