Assistant/Analyst - Temporary Position

To support our Total Quality department within Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations we are now looking for an experienced assistant with analytical skills.The position is temporary until the end of this year due to a maternity leave within the department.

In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment.The tasks are varying and challenging, the pace is high and you will be required to solve problems in an independent way.The position combines traditional assistant tasks and more analytical duties and is based in Lund.

Your main tasks will be to support the Quality Director in daily management and assist the department with various administrative tasks.You will also manage quality tools (databases) to support prioritisation.This includes gathering information from the organisation and performing quality analysis of master data.


Kvalifikationer

Since this position includes a lot of internal contacts, you need to possess excellent communication skills.To support others comes natural to you and you have the ability to see what needs to be done You are structured, organized and used to prioritizing very varying tasks..

We believe that you have a couple of years of experience from assistant positions, preferably from a multinational company.Experience from administrating databases is considered a strong merit.Good general computer skills are as well as fluent English a prerequisite.
