Assistant/Junior Technician

Impressio AB, on behalf of Ericsson, is seeking to recruit a full-time Assistant/Junior Technician with excellent computer skills and a great customer service mindset to support the preparation, filming, content display and broadcast of technology demonstrations and use cases to customers at Ericsson HQ and around the world.

If you are a person that is passionate about the latest technology with an interest in broadcast, enjoys meeting new people and has an excellent work ethic, then this is the position you are looking for. You will report to and be under guidance from the Technical Projects Manager and have great opportunities to learn about the company and new technologies.

Your working place will be Ericsson HQ customer experience center in Kista, and employment will be with Impressio AB, a services supplier to Ericsson Sweden.

Role responsibilities
· Daily technical support
· Building and configuring computers
· Filming and broadcasting livestreams
· Editing video material
· Content & signage management
· Event support
· Demo equipment integration
· Training tutorials/manuals/documentation for equipment and software

Position requirements
· Computers (Hardware, system building, software installation, registry editing)
· Network (Router setup, port forwarding, IP and MAC-addresses knowledge)
· Software (MS Suite/Teams, PC/Mac OS)
· Excellent English skills

· AV (AV over video, HDCP, Crestron, Standards, Signal integrity)
· Broadcast (Switchers, Cameras, Gimbals)
· Video Editing (Any editing suite, DISE, file washing)
· Craftmanship (Drilling, carpentry, mounting, painting)
· Sound engineering (Microphones, live mixing, PA, stage)
· Light engineering (DMX, Dali)
· Video conference (Polycom, Cisco, software)
