Technological developments will over time revolution the relationship Scania has with its customers and the company’s role in the transport value chain. Through this transformation, Scania will adapt from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to also being a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Mobility Solutions is our new business area established in 2021 with the mission to lead Scania’s ambition to take a larger role in the transport ecosystem and to lead our forward integration journey. Mobility Solutions was initially focused on driving Scania’s autonomous transport roadmap and providing Transport-as-a-Service (LOTS Group). Now, we also deliver new businesses supporting Scania’s long-term growth and profitability through our new Corporate Venture Building function.
Assistant Scania Ventures + Assistant Autonomous Solutions
We are now looking for two superstars to Mobility Solutions. Are you service-minded, structured and enjoy a high pace? And do you want to play an important role to secure the success of Scania Ventures or Autonomous Solutions as an assistant? Then these positions might be perfect for you, as we right now looking for you who can support us hands-on with duties such as:
• welcoming new employees and securing that people in our organization thrive
• securing that we have an inspiring and nice office environment
• supporting with presentations and communication activities including social media
• supporting with ordering equipment and supplies
• managing access rights to facilities and systems
• helping managers with travelling arrangements and other department activities
• arranging meetings and social events
One of you will report to the Head of Scania Ventures and one of you will report to the Head of Autonomous Solutions but your main task is to support our employees and you will work tightly together in our team of assistants. Together we are aiming for an efficient and inspiring working environment at Mobillity Solutions.
Your profile
You are very skilled at administration, you will have structure in your way of working and you are good at time management. You have high integrity and you are dependable and organized. You can work excellent independently as well as in a team. You are serviceminded and have a focused way of working even in events when many things happen at once. You like to work in a high pace environment and you enjoy to support managers and colleagues in both easy and challenging tasks. You find it easy to find and convey information. You are a support to the section's management team where in your role, in addition to supporting in the administrative work, you also contribute to the management team's work with the development of the business.
You are not afraid to try new things and it’s a big plus if you have experience in social media and in Power Point. You have a positive approach to new challenges and can creative solutions for high and low problems. Nothing is too small to dig into. And to succeed in the role you need excellent communication and networking skills and you are a true team player.
For both of these roles: Microsoft Office applications and other internal and external systems will be part of your daily business, so good computer skills are vital. As you will work in an international work environment, you need also be able to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
You have experience in assisting or working with top management.
