Job Summary
The HEOR Intern will be a member on the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team at ResMed that covers the full portfolio of our solutions (hardware, software and digital health). The HEOR team is responsible for strategy and evidence generation to meet value, access and payment policy needs. Team members also serve as a key collaborator within the ResMed Evidence Generation Center of Excellence.
While this intern position will be based in Europe, you will closely collaborate with the HEOR global team and find opportunities to work with multiple cross functional teams across Sleep Care, Respiratory Care, and Digital Health to bring the voice of the payer to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of HEOR projects to support local market access/HTA efforts
Contribute to the write-up and review of study reports, protocols, analysis documents, and other documents related to the execution of HEOR studies.
Perform review and evaluation of scientific literature relevant to the business to assist with product level value assessments and evidence gap assessments.
Contribute to the design and development of health economic models.
Qualifications and Experience
Holding a Master or PhD degree in epidemiology, health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, public health or in relevant areas
Experience in medical device industry and digital health solutions
Good understanding of biostatistics and/or data science
Having experience in observational study designs/RWE/secondary database analysis
Good understanding of health economic modelling
Good understanding of targeted and/or systematic literature reviews
Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Good knowledge of health care systems and health technology assessment body requirements across Europe
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (written and oral) is mandatory, second European language is an advantage
