The Role
As Associate Nordic Brand Manager you will work closely with Marketing (Brand Manager), Sales and other cross functional partners at AstraZeneca, developing promotional material and promotional activities and participating in marketing strategy development. The role is office-based in one of our offices in Södertälje, Ballerup, Oslo or Espoo.

Key Accountabilities
As Associate Nordic Brand Manager you will, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing colleagues:
• Develop & implement Nordic and local communication materials and promotional activities based on Global deliverables and Nordic prioritizations in cooperation with external agencies
• Implement an omnichannel approach in collaboration with the local teams
• Drive patient communication deliverables and oversee broader media & PR communication initiatives
• Lead and plan internal events & trainings, involving cross functional team members
• Suggest new ways of working, as the “new normal” has further increased our ambition to be a leading & innovative partner to health care.

To be successful in this role you have
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Finance/Science or Pharmacy
• Several years of oncology launch- & marketing experience
• Experience of cross functional collaboration
• Good knowledge of Nordic market ethical rules and health care systems
• A proven track record of building strong tactical plans
• A strong sense for planning, structure, prioritization and execution

Competencies, skills and capabilities
• A strong patient-centric mindset
• Proven capabilities in marketing- & project management.
• Ability to obtain and translate deep scientific data into a compelling value story for the brand
• A sense for commercial innovation – develop & shape impactful innovative initiatives
• Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving with communication skills (English)
• Live AstraZeneca values and adhere to Code and Policies
• Experience from the breast cancer a/o ovarian cancer is meriting
