At Cerner we’re working at the intersection of health and technology. We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for an Associate Consultant to join an exciting project for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their more than 1 million citizens and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and improved work environment for healthcare professionals.
As an Associate Consultant, you will be advising clients on workflows across service lines and guide them through interdependencies and design decisions impacts. Working with the client, you will be creating a strategic plan to obtain value achievement across service line and identify workflow and process improvements, making recommendations to both client and project leadership.
Your role will involve driving cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies. You will be required to engage in the sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours and contribute to organisational initiatives. You will work alongside the experts to gain knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a long-term, meaningful career with Cerner.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferred qualifications:
Software implementation experience
Healthcare experience
Expectations:
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
Ability to travel when needed
