Overview
You have the responsibility to design, develop and transition infrastructure hardware management to create stable and efficient client environments and other related services, like hardware lifecycle management and product catalogues. You will be involved throughout the whole design and development phase, from understanding new or changed requirements, analysis, design, development, implementation and until the hand-over to the runtime organization are done.
All this by taking into consideration existing processes, technical standards, workflow and guidelines. You can also take a role in Root Cause Analysis in cooperation with different vendors on solutions, propose, and contribute to enhancement and improvement of existing services and processes.
You will be part of a team of highly professional and skilled Subject Matter Experts within the hardware area. You and the team will work within a complex global environment in collaboration with other technical teams in the ongoing projects and delivered services is of high importance. In this organization, we deliver services to multiple global customers. You will need to have the ability to work in a technically complex environment and at the same time understand, follow and help to improve workflow and processes.
Job description
Hardware standardization – certification of new hardware computer models including drivers, software, BIOS settings, TPM
Escalation and follow-up of incidents and problems to vendors and other support functions
Problem management in 3rd line level
Analysis and troubleshooting
Preparation of deployment guidelines and test protocols
Create driver and software packages in SCCM
Managing task sequences and collections
Managing WinPE
Create and update of Knowledge Base articles including creation and updating support documentation
Administer and troubleshoot the Telephony collaboration products such as CUCM, Cisco IOS Voice Routers, MS-Teams, Verint Recording, Audio Codes & Sonus SBCs
Professional/Technical qualifications
Over 10 years of relevant experience of working in an enterprise environment.
Solid background in Microsoft desktop OS, win 7, win 10
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, user/group/computer administration
Broad knowledge within Microsoft infrastructure environment (e.g SCCM)
Broad knowledge and experience of PowerShell and scripting
Knowledge and experience of working in an enterprise environment
Client hardware configuration and drivers
Incident and problem management
Experience of Service NOW
Hardware Life Cycle Management
Good documentation skills
Very Good understanding & knowledge in Routing, Switching and OSI layer protocols
Very Good Knowledge on SIP protocolProfessional/Technical qualifications

Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
Very good ability to troubleshoot and solve complex client hardware related problems
