Job Description:
Ø Sharing the CMRs prepared for the GSS customer with the help of Project profitability (PP) report and explaining the key issues (CMR Dashboard)
Ø Order Booking Tool (OBP) Upload on daily basis after alignment with Sales and Delivery
Ø Sharing the Fair Value calculation with controllers and the methodology of its preparation
Ø Customer pricing for GSS customers and their sign off with top Management as per the Approval Matrix
Ø BAFO preparation and enabling the cost within P&L
Ø Closing Accounting with controllers as per US GAAP for Revenue and Vendor contracts
Ø Business Cases Preparations for Vendor contracts by analyzing the previous cost and supporting notes for top Management
Ø Doing Forecast and Opportunity Weekly for assigned customers along with Lever P&L to improve Margins
Ø Keeping control over Customer invoicing and driving financial metrics including DSO, UBR, UAR, Inventory etc
Ø Plugging revenue leakages and drive improvement in margins
Ø Budgeting and Forecasting
Ø Business reporting
Ø Cost Control on Various Heads Like Manpower ,Third Party Costs, Project Expenses
Ø Enabling the requirements with Controllers like Percentage of Completion ( POC) , Proof of delivery in Asset Revenue etc to arrive at the correct Accounting treatment
Ø Supporting Audit as and when done by internal and external Parties
Communication to be fluent in Speaking and Writing English
