Associate Corporate Counsel

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide flawless legal advice and support to various divisions within the company
Conduct legal research and analysis to determine the best course of action
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
Foster effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of legal strategies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies



Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of proven legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
