Quantify is growing rapidly and we are thrilled to be able to offer the right candidate the exciting role as an (Associate) Director in our international Modelling, Access & Strategy team. In this role you will work directly with clients to deliver projects related to economic modeling, market access, and HTA submissions & strategy. Our successful (Associate) Director candidate will be experienced in business development, developing stakeholder relationships, contributing to thought leadership, developing internal teams and ensuring deliverable excellence.
We are looking for a person with experience in developing a wide range of materials (e.g. global models and local adaptations, health technology assessment dossiers, creation of value stories, landscape assessments, global value dossiers, advisory boards, etc.) as well as the ability to guide and mentor teams. The ideal (Associate) Director candidate will be able to succeed in this role by leveraging prior experiences to advise clients and internal teams.
Main responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify current and future needs.
- Leading proposal development to ensure competitive, fit-for-purpose and timely proposals are provided to clients to meet sales targets.
- Meeting or exceeding revenue targets by leveraging expertise, tools, and ensuring efficiency in projects.
- Owning client engagements with responsibility for client satisfaction, quality, and timelines.
- Ensuring client confidence in Quantify as a company, the project teams, and deliverables.
- Providing direction, advice, and intellectual leadership, both internally and externally.
- Developing internal teams through the mentorship of colleagues and sharing of expertise.
- Remaining current on industry, client and competitive trends and directions to anticipate and identify new business needs and opportunities.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
- Postgraduate degree in economics, statistics, epidemiology, engineering, mathematical modelling or similar
- 5+ years’ work experience at a pharmaceutical company, consultancy, or government agency, working with HTA submissions, market access and health-economic modelling - this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, identify needs, and successfully propose solutions to prospective clients.
- Track record of high-quality, on-time, fit-for-purpose project delivery
- Excellent project and time management skills including the ability to effectively prioritize across multiple projects
- Ability to drive Business Development independently
- Extensive experience leading, managing, and developing people
- Broad understanding of pharmaceutical industry, key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
