Are you ready to take on a role that bridges the gap between technology, data, and insights in the lab capacity and capability area? As an Associate Director, you will be accountable for aligning Facilities management strategic and tactical objectives with the lab community at AstraZeneca in Gothenburg.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive and lead strategic and tactical forums from a data and insight perspective.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will be accountable for technology, data and insights in the lab capacity and capability area. The role holder will be a translator, providing directional support for the wider facilities management team. Your typical accountabilities would include co-chairing the Center of Excellence (CoE) lead and floor lead forums, aligning expectations and deliveries with senior stakeholders for the lab community. The responsibilities also include:

Coordinating the CoE investment budget, prioritization, follow up and wave release, partner with Facilities Management Finance controller.

Supporting and leading technology initiatives to secure data gathering for capacity; asset utilization, presence detection etc.
*

You will be accountable for data generated insights and visualization.
*

You will also be accountable to package data insights and propose holistic options for decision makers for the Lab4Life Governance.

Essential Skills/Experience:

*

Requires an individual of graduate calibre or with an equivalent technical level of experience
*

Knowledge and experience of the drug delivery process and the operational needs of pharmaceutical business
*

Good working knowledge of the facility management industry and laboratories
*

Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at all levels
*

Experience working with data and insights tools
*

Background in change management

Lab Operation experience
