Associate Finance Manager

About the role
We are now looking for an Associate Finance Manager to our Finance team.
Your main responsibilities:
Support in the performance management process across Atos Group
Preparation of monthly and quarterly performance presentation to Coloplast
Assist in the preparation of quarterly rolling forecasts working closely with local Business Support Managers and Group Finance
Drive risk reporting and sustainability reporting tasks for Atos
Provide ad hoc support on integration projects and other tasks for senior management



About you
We believe that you are at the early stages of your career, with a solid educational background within Finance, and preferably some work experience working in an international business environment. We believe that you are curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams, as well as hungry and passionate to drive and achieve business results.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious and willing to grow on the job and can challenge us at the same time. For this position we need someone with a sense of structure, excellent communication and presentation skills and a motivational approach to people around them.
We believe that hiring for potential is the best way for our company to grow. Still to be successful in this role you need to meet most of the following criteria:
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s graduate within Finance with a good performance record



Work Experience/Industry experience
2-3 years of work experience post-graduation


Experience of living and working in different cultures
Language skills
Either native English speaker or excellent English and used to working with English as a corporate language. Other language is a plus.
