Lanterna Education is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, passionate IB graduate to join the Marketing Team next year as an Associate Growth Manager.

Why we need you
We started as a student project 15 years ago and have evolved from in-person revision courses to a professional online tutoring provider for ambitious IB students. We are profitable, our students love us, and we are ready to take the next step in our growth trajectory.
Over the next couple of years we are going to scale over 10x by a revamped learning experience, an expanded product offering, and launches in new geographies. To do this (and more!), we are going to need an exceptional Associate Growth Manager to take our growth trajectory to new heights.
Who we think you are
You are an IB Diploma graduate with a minimum of 40 points and are a native English speaker. You have experience with online marketing/CRM tools such as Hubspot, as well as B2C and B2B marketing strategies. You possess a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude in your commitment to Lanterna and its success. You are also willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden where our office is based!
Role Description
As an Associate Growth Manager, you will get the chance to take direct ownership of Lanterna’s growth trajectory, and will work creatively and efficiently to find new and innovative ways to develop Lanterna as a business whilst still maintaining the utmost quality of its tuition services.
You will be based at the Lanterna office in Stockholm, Sweden and will get the chance to work within a dynamic and uplifting team of other motivated individuals. In addition to getting the opportunity to do in your twenties what others do in their thirties, you would be working in a truly international environment with the flexibility to work from remote locations. Roles and responsibilities:
Work closely with the rest of the marketing team in developing and identifying new ways to drive growth and nurture the consumer funnel
Work fluently with CRM Hubspot in generating and converting leads
Generate new ideas and hypotheses for growth, execute experiments based on these ideas, and monitor results to find what does and what doesn’t work
Run email campaigns to boost lead conversion and customer retention
Work with Google Analytics and Google Ads to push paid campaigns to relevant target audiences
Design creatives to be used in social media and paid ad campaigns
Be in charge of Lanterna Education’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok)
