What We Offer: We are currently seeking an Associate to join our Investment Banking Division (IBD) team in Stockholm. As an Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to work on M&A transactions, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Private Placements, and Debt/Equity deals across various sectors and geographies. You’ll operate in a challenging and stimulating environment, benefiting from mentorship by experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling: Create and analyze financial models.
Client Presentations: Organize and prepare client presentations.
Transaction Management: Assist in managing transaction processes.
Structuring Transactions: Actively participate in structuring deals.
Analytical Skills: Develop key analytical skills.
Communication and Marketing: Enhance communication and marketing abilities.

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant work experience within investment banking or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language considered a plus.
Academic Excellence: Strong academic results.

Specific experience:
modeling renewable energy assets
understanding power and commodities in the Nordics
have experience on M&A processes applied towards renewable and infrastructure investors
have an understanding of debt structuring methodologies applied to renewable and infrastructure asset
