We are now recruiting for a new team member for the lab based in our Headquarters in Gothenburg:
Associate Laboratory Specialist- Equipment and Quality
Main tasks:
Lead and perform qualification and validation of new instruments
Responsible for the technical daily work regarding laboratory equipment
Responsible for the implementation of relevant new standards / reference methods and revised standards related to R&D work
Solve problems with software and install and configure new equipment
Deep interest in problem solving regarding technological issues
Manage instrument documentation (regarding risk analysis, validation, etc.)
Maintain contacts with suppliers and review agreements
Create maintenance plans for laboratory equipment
Investigate and conduct improvement work regarding regulatory documents, safety, health and environmental work issues
Participate and contribute in risk analysis
Conduct training sessions for new and existing equipment
Preparing brochures and self-help manuals covering tools and equipment's specification details, information on materials and safety procedures

Qualifications:
We are looking for a new co-worker with a Master of Science in Engineering / University degree in technology, chemistry or an equivalent field, or alternatively long work experience from GLP-controlled laboratory activities or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience within relevant laboratory work
You have a good ability to work independently and in teams
Have up-to-date knowledge and technical skills in area of interest
Need to be accurate, curious and have great interest in learning new technical processes
You should be familiar with the content an application of current R&D standards and information
Be committed to provide high level of customer service
Have the ability to solve problems
Be fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
