What We Need 


We are currently looking for a highly motivated consultant with experience in Sales and Marketing, that could strengthen our sales team. As a sales consultant at Edward Lynx, you'll have the opportunity to work with both sales and marketing, as well as leadership programme delivery and assignments in a variety of industries, at different levels, and in different locations. You'll be a part of different projects, which can include:

- Setting a marketing plan
- Being part of the sales team and run sales initiatives
­­- Driving sales efforts through customer meetings and developing tailor-made proposals
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and align resources to customers’ business requirements
- Managing a multitude of dynamic projects from start to finish
- Leading and facilitating leadership development programmes
- Working globally with our international customers in various cultures and contexts



Requirements 

- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field (1 for Associate, 3+ for Account Manager).
- Background within sales and marketing
- International profile with native English language skills
- Energetic, proactive, and positive
- Experience with solution-focused problem solving and good business acumen
- Good personal impact and ability to present
- Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a team
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable operating in times of ambiguity
- Willingness to travel
