Do you see the importance of requirements management and are looking for a broad role with the ability to influence innovation within Tetra Pak? Then the position as Associate Manager might be for you.

The responsibility of the Portfolio Management team is to optimize market share and profitability potential of the entire Tetra Pak packaging solutions portfolio, enabling clear and distinct value propositions for each product system. With a consistent approach to the Portfolio strategy, the team drives Product Roadmap development, as well as identifies and addresses portfolio gaps and overlaps, and drives a focused company approach to Product deployment.

In this role you will develop, manage and improve activities related to Product Management responsibilities within the Product Creation process primarily but also in the newly established Product Portfolio Management process. You will have extensive contacts with both the Marketing & Product Management organisation as well as our Development & Engineering organisation thus you will work to develop and maintain a broad network within TP.

Main responsibilities
- Maintain and suggest improvements for Product Development
- Participate as member of the focus group (continuous improvement) for Requirements Definition
- Prepare and deliver training/support to final users within Requirements Definition incl. target setting and establishing baselines for product requirements
- Lead the identification of key stakeholders within Development and Service Operations as well as the Marketing & Product Management organisations and their needs to provide intelligence on key product benchmarking data
- Establish a proper baseline for Product Management involvement Technology Development
- Participate in building the foundation for a Continuous Improvement set-up for the Product Portfolio Management process

Qualifications

We believe that you are a strong informal leader with the ability to coach and build lasting networks. We think that you have a passion for understanding the market needs and efficiently manage commercial requirements. You will need to have a strong personal drive and be able to tailor make your communication. Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing, is a must.

To be successful you will need to have a University degree and at least 3 years of experience within related competence area and specifically requirements management. Good knowledge of customers, retailers and consumers is an advantage.
