Associate or Vice President - DCM

Our client is a leading Investment Bank and they are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join their Debt Capital Market team as a Vice President / Associate in execution. Role based in Stockholm.

Your challange:


Execute DCM transactions (Bonds, Syndicated Debt, Mezzanine Debt, Liability Management, Leveraged Buyouts, Private Placements, Structured High-yield Credits etc.) for corporates, Financial institutions, & MNCs across the Nordics
Active Involvement in financial due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, assessing underwriting risk & pricing strategy, & covenant negotiations
Responsible for the end-to-end deal Origination, Structuring, Pitching, & Execution process
Advise corporate and financial sponsors on Acquisition and Debt Financing situations.
Liaise with Coverage, Credit, & Syndicate team


Your challange:


Degree in Finance, mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Business or related subjects
Over 3 years of DCM experience at an investment bank
Strong technical background and sound understanding of debt products
Familiar with relevant DCM regulations
Exposure to FIG clients is beneficial but not a prerequisite
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is a must
