About us: Since the start of 1999, we have helped more than 55,000 self-employed persons to invoice without own their own company. Through self-employment, for example it is possible to pay for work done in addition to your regular job, test a business idea or business without having to put energy in administration and paperwork - you just do it! In 2019, we had a turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion, but we are still a familiar organization with 50 stationary employees. For one of our clients we are searching for associate partner.


ASSOCIATE PARTNER.


Delivers insights, advice and leads consulting interventions to help clients solve their engagement and talent management challenges; has experience of delivering for clients in at least one subject matter area beyond engagement, e.g., leadership assessment, employee value proposition evelopment.


Key Responsibilities
• Identifies and leads the delivery of solutions to address client talent and
engagement issues and to support organisational (behavioural) change strategies
• Positions engagement solutions as drivers of organisational development,
demonstrating the impact on organisational performance
• Provides guidance to team members on the insights to be applied in quantitative
and qualitative analyses / research projects
• Develops and presents insights and recommendations to influence senior members
of the client team
• Owns client account planning and management for designated clients, engaging in
conversations with other consultants and Sales and Account team to ensure
appropriate breadth of offer
• Pro-actively monitors developments in the marketplace
• Identifies selling opportunities through client interactions and takes action upon
them
• Develops complex client proposals
• Contributes to the development of ideas and perspectives that will strengthen the
practice’s position with regard to new thinking, analyses, approaches and services
• Develops material for and speaks at internal and external client conferences and
events
• Manages and / or mentors less experienced consultants
• Supports the development of the Culture and Engagement, Leadership and HR
Advisory practices, and go-to-market plan by undertaking tasks and activities as
requested by local leadership
• Completes all billing, time recording and expenses on time (for all roles)
