Avalanche Studios is the leading independent game developer in Sweden employing approximately 80 people. Our first game, Just Cause, was released in 2006 and has sold over 1 million copies worldwide. Released in March 2010 the follow-up, Just Cause 2, has already received rave reviews. Focused on original IP projects and high-profile licenses we are currently working on multiple high-end titles for PS3, XBOX and PC. Avalanche Studios also owns Expansive Worlds who develop theHunter, the world's most realistic hunting simulator. Avalanche Studios is searching for a leader with development and management experience. As associate Producer you will coordinate resources, internal and external, to ensure successful completion of assigned projects. You will assist the Producer in the development of schedules that translate business goals into action and act as a change agent for process improvements. You are also responsible to monitor team progress and maintain the schedule to provide Producer with regular updates on status and risks as required. Together with the Producer and Game Director you will also develop, champion and communicate the product vision to the team in order to build and maintain a strong team spirit and a productive environment. You will also drive and foster effective communication among all project members and ensure that both stakeholders and the team are kept informed about revisions, changes and other information related to the project. Requirements: . Capable of running meetings or conference calls in a professional and productive manner . Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize . Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English It is a merit ifyou have: . Experience as a Associate Producer within game development/production .
