Associate Producer

We are happy to welcome you to Infinite Mana, a new start-up based in Malmo, Sweden. Our first project is codenamed ‘Expeditions’, and even if it’s all still very top secret and hush-hush, rest assured it’s going to be something fresh. And for that reason, we are actively looking for more people to join our crew and be part of this exciting adventure.
The Position
Infinite Mana is currently hiring an Associate Producer to join our top secret and unannounced project. This person will be part of our production team and work closely with the leads and directors to help with communication, planning and scheduling and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same milestone goals. The ideal candidate is someone in the early stages of their career, but with some experience working with coders, artists, designers, or animators to plan meetings, break down the work, do time estimates and enter tasks in JIRA.
At Infinite Mana Games, due to our goal of staying small and flexible, everyone has multiple responsibilities. As such, the Associate Producer will also be expected to help in several other areas, such as recruitment, team building events, talking to outsourcers, administration, and social media initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Good communicator, able to get the most out of people
Well organized and high attention to detail
Familiarity with creating tasks and running meetings
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Desired Qualification
Experience working in JIRA
Experience working with outsourcers
Interested in engaging with our community on social media
